Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Arcflame Interactive's MCP Hub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Arcflame Interactive reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, including but not limited to PolyDocs, that enable AI agents to generate documents, process data, and interact with external tools. Access is granted via Application Token licenses issued per user or per corporate instance.

3. Licensing & Subscriptions

Starter: ₹999/month — 50 API calls. Includes Application Token, all components & profiles, DOCX + PPTX + HTML + MD + PDF output, and email support.

Growth: ₹1,499/month — 150 API calls. Everything in Starter plus priority email support.

Pro: ₹3,999/month — 500 API calls. Everything in Growth plus priority support.

Corporate: ₹20,000/month — 4000 API calls. Dedicated hosted instance, team-wide access, priority support & SLAs, custom integration, and on-demand assessment upgrades.

All subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds for partial months.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service for any illegal activity or to generate harmful, abusive, or deceptive content.
  • Share, sublicense, or resell your license token to third parties.
  • Exceed rate limits or attempt to disrupt the Service infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, documentation, branding, and UI, is the intellectual property of Arcflame Interactive. Output documents generated by the Service belong to you. Arcflame Interactive claims no ownership over generated content.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Arcflame Interactive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Arcflame Interactive may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your license token will be revoked and access to the Service will cease. Provisions regarding intellectual property and limitation of liability survive termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
